the agreed-upon services, we will assess the situation and determine the

Dissatisfaction with Services: If the client is dissatisfied with
our services and can provide valid reasons for their dissatisfaction, we
will evaluate the situation and determine the refund eligibility on a

charges or overpayment, we will refund the excess amount promptly upon
verification of the error.
2. Refund Request Process
2.1 To initiate a refund request, the client must contact IPM Management
Services within a reasonable timeframe as specified in the agreement or
contract. 2.2 The refund request should include detailed information about the
reason for the refund, supporting documentation (if applicable), and any other
relevant information that would assist us in evaluating the request.

method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, alternative
arrangements may be made between IPM Management Services and the client.
